Return policy
Leather is a natural product with variations and imperfections that add to its character and authenticity. No two pieces are exactly alike.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you need to return or exchange an unused item within the 30-day return window, please contact us at hutchandhale@gmail.com to request approval. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (beauty products), and hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases). We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us with any questions.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item first. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
